I have been given the blow up kangaroo as a present.
He is now perched overlooking my desk.
I like him.
I shall call him Steve.
Steve the Kangaroo.
It has a certain ring to it.
His "penis" still bothers me somewhat but I am making peace with it. I am trying to figure out how to take him home with me. I could deflate him and then blow him up at the other end.
Actually this thought process is ending now.

Even just reading that I'm somewhat disturbed...
YOU'RE disturbed?! I was contimplated blowing a kangaroo! ;P
I like him. He is my friend.
mwhahahahaha....take steve home and don't bother to deflate him... talk to him all the way home... you two need to bond i think...maybe buy steve some boxers... XXXL?
Oookay. And now you've just capped off the mental image.
I can just picture you blowing an inflatable kangaroo.
I have a few of those packed away somewhere from my days as a pub manager. They used to come out for Australia Day and big rugby games. Come to think of it, I also have a croc (not the shoe) and a few Corona bottles somewhere!
I think a picture of this new friend of yours is a necessity! I like the idea of boxers for transport... so much more fun and then you get to share the tube experience with your new friend Steve! Deflated and hidden in a bag would just be so cruel!
Why's "penis" in quotes? Aren't you sure?
@Glugster - if you read the previous post it is linked to you'd understand. It isn't a penis, but is a baby kangaroo supposedly in the pouch BUT it is just a head hanging from the kangaroo bouncing up and down in a strange area - where the penis should be. It is disturbing.
@lecturer lady - I need a camera first!
@sweetass - Steve and I are very happy thank you, I'm not sure a ride on public transport together will help matters. ;)
Do you inflate Steve from his penis?
Ok - leaving aside the "penis" debate for a moment ...
You said in your earlier post that "Steve" was received as a present and "do they not like us??". Now, the whole workplace has decided that you are most deserving of the present given to people you don't like??
I am worried about your workplace relationships.
Are you well liked? Are you being bullied at work? Or, rather than being "given" Steve, have you just decided that you like him so much, he's yours?
No we all started to grow fond of our strange gifts. The other Co-ordinator got a green bug which moves and sings "Can't Touch This" and another member of staff got a skeletal hand that waves. I got Steve.
Steve isn't so bad really, over the past few weeks his face has become loved by us all ;)
Hey, he's better than an imaginary friend - I'd call it a step in the right direction!
Steve sounds super – although that green MC Hammer bug sounds like the heat. You guys get the best stuff in the UK!
You BLEW a kangaroo???!!
@mrsm - N0 NO NO! I was contimplating taking him home on the tube and deflating him for the ride but then I realised I'd have to blow him up again at the other end which wasn't very appealing. ;)
